By using IO2 Store, you agree to use the website lawfully and to provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, or contacting support.
Products, looks, and availability
Products may be shown individually or as part of a look or collection. Availability, sizes, colours, descriptions, and prices may change. Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout passes stock checks and payment is confirmed.
Orders
When you submit checkout, IO2 Store creates a pending order so Paystack payment can begin. The order is confirmed only after Paystack verification succeeds and the paid amount matches the order total. We may contact you to confirm details, refuse suspicious orders, cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, or cancel an order before dispatch where appropriate.
Payments
Customer checkout is routed through Paystack. If Paystack reports a failed, abandoned, reversed, duplicate, or amount-mismatched payment, the order will not be treated as paid until the issue is resolved and the correct amount is confirmed.
Discounts
Coupons and discount codes must be active in the IO2 Store system when used. A discount may be refused, corrected, or cancelled if it is expired, inactive, duplicated, or applied incorrectly.
Delivery
Delivery costs and delivery timing are confirmed at checkout where available, or by the support team after your order is received. Delivery timelines depend on destination, courier availability, payment confirmation, and order processing. Any delivery estimate is a guide unless a written guarantee is provided.
Returns
Returns are handled under the IO2 Store return policy. Return requests should be made within 7 days of delivery. Wrong or damaged items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Items must meet the return conditions before a refund, exchange, or store resolution is approved.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping login details private and for activity under your account. Contact us quickly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
